How does it work?

1.Contact us to arrange a remote support ticket and arrange payment.
2.Our technician will send you a website link - by email, Skype, Windows Live Messenger, or Yahoo Messenger.
3.Click the link to open the page and follow the instructions to download the Remote Support application and run it.
Once our engineer has connected to you he can communicate to you using our built-in chat system.
The remote support software runs on all Windows operating systems including Vista.
